The Expert Family has designed this yearly club to cover most of your home with inspections and Clean & Checks. It is our goal to provide you with preventive maintenance and inspection with the intention to try to avoid those late night emergency calls. During your inspections, we will inform you of possible disruptive situations and provide you with a proposal of repair. This club will provide you with a whole house visual Plumbing and Electrical Inspection. This will also include a clean and check on you Heating and Air Conditioning System.
Pre Fall Check Up
With our clean and check for your furnace during the fall season, the technician will perform a 42 point inspection and clean your furnace. He will make you aware of any defects and possible future problems to try to avoid winter disruptions.
Pre Summer Check Up
With our clean and check for your AC Unit during the spring season, the technician with perform a 42 point inspection and clean your AC unit. He will make you aware of any defects and possible future problems to try to avoid summer disruptions.
